About me
September 17, 2013
Hi, I’m Stephan. I’m an engineer at Google. Previously I worked at Airbnb for the better half of a decade, and before that I earned a couple of degrees from MIT.
My specialties are theoretical computer science and programming language theory. I used to build physical things, but these days I focus on research and software.
I also like to make music. I have a casual relationship with many instruments, and I also like to sing. I founded three a cappella groups, all still active: The MIT Centrifugues, Dropbox’s Syncopation, and The Airbnbeats. I’m also a former baritenor for the MIT Concert Choir.
